TACTTIX Customer Profile & Loyalty: A Guide

The TACTTIX Customer Profile is the central hub for all information related to your customers. From here, you can view their history, manage their information, and integrate them into your loyalty programs.

Finding a Customer

To get started, you’ll need to find the customer you’re looking for.

  1. Navigate to the Customer Section: From your admin dashboard, go to the “Customer” section.
  2. Search: Use the search bar to find a customer by their name, email, or phone number.
  3. Select a Profile: Click on a customer’s name from the search results to be taken to their detailed profile page.

The Customer Profile Page

The profile page is divided into several sections, giving you a complete overview of the customer’s interactions with your business.

Core Details

The main section of the profile displays the customer’s essential information, including their contact details, date of birth, and address. You can also see if they are registered as a minor and view any linked guardian or minor accounts.

Loyalty Program

This is where you can manage a customer’s subscriptions to your loyalty plans. You can:

  • View Active Subscriptions: See at a glance which plans the customer is currently subscribed to.
  • Add a New Subscription: Easily subscribe a customer to any of your available loyalty plans.
  • View History: Expand the “Subscription History” and “Benefit Usage History” sections to see a full audit trail of their loyalty activity.

Customer Notes

This section allows you to keep internal notes on a customer. This is perfect for tracking special requests, incidents, or any other information your team might need to know.

Waiver and Check-in History

The profile also provides a complete history of all the waivers the customer has signed and every check-in they’ve completed, giving you a full picture of their visit history.

Managing Customers

You can perform several key actions from the customer profile page.

Editing a Profile

  1. Click the “Edit Profile” button at the top of the page.
  2. Update any of the customer’s details in the form that appears.
  3. Click “Save” to apply the changes.

Subscribing to a Loyalty Plan

  1. In the Loyalty Program section, select a plan from the “Add New Subscription” dropdown menu.
  2. Click the “Subscribe” button. The customer will immediately be enrolled in the plan.

Adding a Note

  1. In the Customer Notes section, type your note into the text box.
  2. Click the “Add Note” button to save it to their profile.
