One place

Your tickets, attendees, waivers, and check-ins stay together.

One price

Your bill doesn't go up when your ticket sales do.

Less work

Customers handle their own ticket claims and waiver signatures.

// How It Works

Four steps. That's the whole process.

Here's exactly what happens between "I have an event" and "everyone's checked in."

01

Sell tickets

Put your event online and let customers buy their tickets. You keep your ticket revenue.

02

Build the roster

Customers buying multiple tickets send claim links to the people who will actually use them.

03

Get waivers signed

Players complete the waiver as they claim their ticket, so you know where things stand before event day.

04

Check them in

Use a phone at the gate to check players in and see the information your staff needs.

// What You Get

You still run the event. TACTTIX takes care of the admin work around it.

// Why TACTTIX Exists

I built this to kill the per-ticket fee.

I’ve played paintball for years, and I'm actively on the field playing airsoft today. But my professional background is in technology.

TACTTIX didn't start in a boardroom. It started during a conversation with a local event producer. He was bleeding money to his ticketing vendor. Every time he successfully sold a ticket, the platform penalized him by taking a cut.

Action sports operators run these events for the love of the game. But they shouldn't have to run on hopes and dreams. He then asked if I could build a solution to stop the bleed, reduce his overhead, and keep that money in the producer's pocket.

Months of coding, testing, and iterating later, TACTTIX went live with one absolute rule: a fixed, flat-rate platform.

Your ticket revenue belongs to you—to reinvest in the player experience, or to finally pay yourself.

// FAQ

Questions? Here's the straight answer.

No sales talk. Just the things you probably want to know before you sign up.

How do I get paid for my ticket sales?
You connect your Square account to TACTTIX. Your customers pay through Square, and the money goes directly to you. TACTTIX does not take custody of your ticket money or route your ticket revenue through our own account. We currently support Square, with more payment providers coming in the future.
Do you take a percentage of my ticket sales?
No. TACTTIX charges a flat monthly subscription instead of a TACTTIX fee on every ticket you sell. Your payment processor may still charge its normal processing fees.
Do you sell my data?
No. We do not sell your data.
What payment processor does TACTTIX support?
Right now, Square is the payment processor supported by TACTTIX. More payment providers are planned for the future.
Who handles the payment processing fees?
Your payment processor handles its own processing fees. Those fees are separate from your TACTTIX subscription and are paid to the processor you use.
What happens when someone buys multiple tickets?
The person who buys multiple tickets becomes the group manager. They get a portal where they can send claim links to the people who will use the tickets, track waiver completion, send reminders, and manage eligible addons for their group.
Do my customers have to manage their own waivers?
Yes, and that's the point. Customers complete their own waivers as they claim their tickets, which means your staff spends less time chasing signatures and managing paperwork.
Can I check people in with a phone?
Yes. Event check-in is designed to work from a phone so your staff can check players in at the gate and see the information they need.
What is included in the $99 monthly price?
The Facility Pro plan includes unlimited events, unlimited ticket sales, 0% TACTTIX ticket fees, the group manager portal, digital waiver tracking, event check-in, and customer history. Your payment processor's fees are separate.
